In a World where the trend seems to focus on everything Global, I have recently relocated to Amsterdam, and more specifically to Amsterdam Oost, where I have discovered a rich multi-cultural and multi-faceted community, working in productive harmony, which I have subsequently fallen in love with..

I respect and support the local business, their owners, managers and staff, not only in my area, but across the city village, and urge people of all communities to combine and come together to support businesses and it’s people in their area, that get little recognition vs their corporate, commercial counterparts.

Here in Amsterdam Oost, I have found a wonderful array of old and new, dedicated, eclectic blend of individuals who contribute in their own way to the community, and in turn society and the national economy. As we show our support for these people and businesses, we remind ourselves that if they thrive, we thrive..
